Rendering :: Birds Eye Perspective This project is a new 3 story, 3 unit apartment building of approximately 2,850 SF. Our client approached us with the goal of providing a thoughtfully designed, accessibly-priced multi-family housing option for the Anacostia neighborhood. The design, which required approval from the Board of Zoning Adjustments, is heavily influenced by the irregular shape of the lot and zoning development standards. Construction is anticipated to begin in spring of 2021.
